His research interests include the intersection of literature and theology, political theology, Christian ethics, and liberation theology. Born in Ukraine and raised in the United States since the age of twelve, he cares deeply about the development of a distinctly Ukrainian theology \u2013 one that arises from lived experience rather than foreign influence. He believes that the Ukrainian experience not only deserves validation on its own terms but also has much to contribute to the wider Christian and theological community.<\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div
